Clients agree to the following when booking with Beauty Q.
- They will inform their Therapist of any changes in medical history, this includes medications, allergies, illnesses since their last appointment, including covid. Any changes in medical history will require a new patch test.
- They will be fit and healthy when attending their appointments.
- Will attend their appointments on their own unless prior agreement is sought (this is for health and safety purposes).
